Maurice M Lynch

Mr Lynch received his Bachelor of Arts (AB) degree with honors from Harvard University and his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Harvard University Law School. Prior to completion of his law studies he served for more than three years on board Destroyers as an officer in the United States Navy. Mr Lynch has more than 30 years experience as a corporate transactional lawyer, including advising and assisting international mining companies in structuring exploration and development and joint venture agreements. He has also had extensive experience in arranging for the listing of publicly traded securities on major stock exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Mr Lynch was formerly a partner in the New York City law firm of Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller and Of Counsel in the Washington DC office of Davis, Graham & Stubbs. He is a member of the bars of New York State, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia (USA). He is also a member of the International Law, Business Law, and Natural Resources Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the Business Law and Natural Resources Law Sections of the International Bar Association, and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. Mr Lynch also serves as Chairman of the American Mongolian Business Group (AMBG), a non-governmental organization based in Ulaanbaatar that works closely with the US Embassy and other organizations to monitor developments that affect US and Canadian businesses and other entities operating in Mongolia.


Daniel P Mahoney

Mr Mahoney received his BSM degree, with high honors, from Tulane University of Louisiana, where he was a member of the Tulane Scholars and Honors Program and Beta Gamma Sigma honorary business fraternity. He then received his JD degree, with high honors, from George Washington University, where he was a member of the George Washington Law Review and Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr Mahoney was an associate in the Fairfax Virginia law offices of Hunton & Williams, where he specialized in real estate transactions and the structuring and implementation of real estate development projects. He has also had extensive experience in international corporate transactions and project finance, including commercial aircraft leasing and the structuring of mining ventures.

B Bayarmaa

Ms Bayarmaa received a Law Diploma from the Law Institute of the National University of Mongolia and a Mechanical Engineering Diploma and Masters Degree from the Technical University in Vladimir, Russia. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a legal adviser to the State Property Committee of Mongolia (SPC) and head of the SPC's office responsible for the privatization of Mongolia's "most valued companies." Ms Bayarmaa is fluent in Mongolian, Russian and English.

Z Tsogmaa

Ms Tsogmaa received a Law Diploma from the Law Institute of the National University of Mongolia. She also completed graduate studies in Transnational Law at the Asia-American Institute, a program jointly organized by Duke University Law School and the University of Hong Kong. Following her admission to the Mongolian Bar Ms Tsogmaa served in the Ministry of Justice as a desk officer. Prior to joining the Firm she worked in the Legal Department of the Central Bank of Mongolia. Ms Tsogmaa is fluent in Mongolian, Russian, French and English. She is currently on a leave absence from the Firm to complete graduate legal studies in New Zealand.

A Amarjargal

Ms Amarjargal received a Law Diploma from the Law Institute of the National University of Mongolia and an English-Russian-Mongolian Translation Diploma from the Institute of Foreign Languages in Ulaanbaatar. She is fluent in Mongolian, Russian and English.


PROJECT COORDINATORS


D Buyandelger

Ms Buyandelger received her Economics Diploma from the School of Economic Studies of the National University of Mongolia. Prior to joining the Firm she worked for the Central Bank of Mongolia in the Monetary Policy Department. Ms Buyandelger is fluent in Mongolian, Russian and English and is a candidate for a Law Diploma at the Law Institute of the National University of Mongolia.

S Batbileg

Mr Batbileg received his Economics Diploma from the School of Economic Studies of the National University of Mongolia. He also received a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Cairo Demographic Center in Egypt for population and sustainable development studies and successfully completed training courses in Thailand and the Philippines on population information and strategic communication. Prior to joining the Firm Mr Batbileg served as a desk officer in the Mongolian Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. He is fluent in the Mongolian, Russian and English languages.
